cannot deploy on 1.17.2 on trusty: error on image-stream

Attempting to deploy is tossing an error:

The environment config doesn't specify any image-stream setting.

Started seeing this today when using Canonistack

This looks like a duplicate of bug 1277636 where an unrequired key cause a problem. 1.17.3 is released. Please retest with the new juju.

I can verify that using 1.17.3 has allowed me to deploy again. Sorry for the dupe bug.
