Bug Description

The Pivotal guys use Juju on OSX and would like to see bash completion for the Mac the same way we have it for Ubuntu.

I think this work involved updating the juju formula to install the juju-core.bash-completion file provided by the the Ubuntu package. The file is small and can be embedded in the formula.

The formula will depend on the bash-completion formula and install its file at /usr/local/etc/bash_completion.d/

The juju formula now provides command line completion. Anyone updating their home brew installation will get the fix.
