exit code from debug-hooks session should be used for hook success

When in debug-hooks debugging a hook, it should be possible that either the exit value from the shell or another mechanism to set the exit value of the hook. At the moment all debug-hooks succeed unconditionally.

not sure why your marking older bugs duplicates (this one is 15 months
old).. .. anyways.. the workaround is to exit from all other tmux/byobu
windows before the hook window where you can then exit with desired status..
