Bug Description
We are using juju-core against a openstack cloud which has both released and daily images available in glance.
Currently I can't find a way to switch to using the daily stream - this would be useful so we can do edge testing on interim images and for the development release.
Having a config option for this would be great!

I wonder if we could do it with a 'bucket' based approach. juju deploy cs:precise- daily/. ..
I'm not a huge fan of that, given '-daily' won't actually be in the URL. So probably just a setting that lets you switch to a daily stream. I think the Azure provider already has that (because they don't have a stable stream yet)
