oddly formatted directory name in deployer

Poking around the directory structure I've noticed this:

ls /var/lib/juju/agents/unit-ubuntu-0/state/deployer/
update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-0 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-2 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-4 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-6 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-8
update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-1 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-3 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-5 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-7 update-%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-9

Clearly someone forgot to interpolate the directory name. :)
