Bug Description
There is now a single WaitDNSName implementation that serves for all providers, using the instance's own DNSName method.
Unless we expect a future change here, it looks like we could drop WaitDNSName from the Instance interface and the provider implementations, and always call the shared WaitDNSName directly instead.
