generate-config needs to be updated for new HP Cloud images

The generate-config line for `default-image-id` needs to be updated to support HPs new Ubuntu images, there is a new image for each region so I recommend having all the pairs for now.

(Note that in the future we'll hopefully be getting this info direct from the cloud, but it's important to "rebase" the docs to at least use these new images as they use local mirrors and are 12.04.2, so I don't anticipate having to update image numbers on a regular basis.)

Also request that this be backported to the stable releases.

default-image-id is no longer supported.
Using simplestreams metadata is the new supported way to get the correct image id to run. There's some initial simplestreams metadata in the HP Cloud public bucket which provides an image id for precise/amd64 on region az-1.region-a.geo-1. These files need to be updated to add the image ids for the other regions. I'll talk to someone to get the metadata updated.
