Sometimes AWS refuses to accept the request with a signature error

This command was issued straight after a set of other juju commands, there is nothing wrong with my AWS keys
2007 juju bootstrap --upload-tools --debug
2009 juju deploy mongodb --debug
2010 juju status --debug
2012 juju add-unit -n 10 mongodb
2013 juju status --debug
2014 juju destroy-environment
