Model Migrations should occur with a variety of models

Given our desire to test model migrations in many different setups, it would be useful to perform some series of post-tests on models we create as part of our other testing. We could migrate them, upgrade or downgrade them, etc.

It would be useful to both take advantage of these models we stand up and receive feedback on them, while not affecting the overall test.

The obvious case is to add model migrations to our many operations test.
