Bug Description

As seen in
    http://reports.vapour.ws/releases/issue/57e2b6c2749a56144dfc086f

File "/var/lib/jenkins/juju-ci-tools/assess_recovery.py", line 45, in check_token
    if token not in found:
TypeError: argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable

check_token needs to verify something was found before checking the value.
