Some CI results are not uploaded to s3

I kicked off charmguardian tests for the storage charm and the results are not uploaded to s3. I have run the tests several times but never see the s3cmd getting run for this test.

In the other results I see the s3cmd upload the results to s3. Why are these results not uploaded?
