My assumption is that we would use this to benchmark and identify JVM version, and JVM settings?

I am a bit confused as to how we can use this as a Head to Head for JQL vs QL. But it is definitely an interesting read.

Sorry for not being more specific in regards to my thoughts about it.

I thought that we could learn some techniques they employed in regards to benchmarks. For example: they describe how the methodology works. There's also a code base which could help us speed up our efforts, I suppose.
