// FIXME: slight deviation from quantlib, need to expose fixing days up the stack

on VanillaSwap constructor.

Please study what needs to be done and add more information in this issue's notes.
Depending on what needs to be done, please either fix straight away or add more children issues to this issue.

This has had no action since Jan 2010,
Dropping back into the pool
Swaps will be done in a TBD Release.
