Bug Description
Create a proof of concept which is instended to test how Declarative Services can be used to create a service which provides basically the Date class and eventually related classes.
In particular, Date class has an inner class which mimics the original static methods from QL/C++.
The main objective of this test is verify if usage of Date methods and "static-like" methods are convenient to be called from application point of view.
