Bug Description
We need to create
(a) an executive summary and
(b) a technical article explaining the basic requirements of
* correctness
* strong type checking
* good documentation
* performance
and how they can be achieved by
* correctness: test cases
* type checking: generics + JSR-308
* documentation: javadoc + umlgraph + LaTeXtaglet
* performance: fastutil, JSR-308, epsilon, language contructs verified by PMD, etc, etc, etc
Ueli mentioned that our wiki has the information in several articles and it should be [possibly] only one article.
