Generate documentation for calendar test data

The task of copying/pasting calendar test case data from our calendar test classes to our wiki pages (under http://www.jquantlib.org/index.php/Exchange_Holidays) is very annoying and time consuming. Besides, everytime a fix is done, we need to remember to copy/paste again. The entire process is bad and error prone.

Ideally, our CalendarUtil class should dump test cases which pass onto files suitable to be easily copy/pasted. Better yet, the CalendarUtil class could automagically update corresponding wiki articles.
