Bug Description
This task consists on:
1. Perform a diff between calendar packages between QuantLib-0.8.1 and QuantLib-0.9.6;
2. Update JQuantLib code accordingly with changes reported;
3. Review calendar test classes accordingly.
Note: Create as many children tasks as needed in order to share this task among developers.
