Bug Description
THE JP2 supply pipeline has been encountering problems in recent weeks. It would be beneficial if the acquisition process could send a warning email to a select number of people who are responsible for the JP2 pipeline if and when a serious lag behind realtime occurs. The feature will be implemented in the file acquisition script.
