Bug Description
The AIA transfer process relies on moving the acquired files to a staging directory where the permissions on the files are changed. These files are then copied to the ingestion directory. A script needs to be written to delete the originally staged files. Perhaps when the files are, say 1 week old, they get deleted. This would prevent the disk filing up with un-needed files.
