Bug Description
JP2Gen_monitor.html only gives information on the most recently created/transferred JP2 files. It would be good if JP2Gen would also report graphs of the number of files created/transferred in some arbitrary time period. This would allow us to monitor longer term behaviour of the creation/transfer process.

Solutions would be more transferable if such scripts to implement this functionality were written in Python, probably using the matplotlib package.
