Executable permissions on document images

Pulling the latest from trunk, the following files come down the pipe executable:

doc/userguide/instrument.de.png
doc/userguide/mainwindow.de.png

which is a unnecessary and a security risk. Rpmlint flags this up when compiling a package anyway.

Also:

doc/userguide/jokosheruserguide.de.html

has some spurious characters in and would benefit from being run through the following command:

sed -i 's/\r//' jokosheruserguide.de.html
