No integration with libgimme-codec when opening mp3

Bug Description

In Feisty Fawn, when you try to open an mp3 in totem, rather than yielding an error, totem will suggest packages to install via update-manager and gnome-app-install. Jokosher, however, barfs nasty errors when attempting to open an mp3.

We need some libgimme-codec love! See this spec for general details https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EasyCodecInstallation . Maybe it would be nice to get this in before April's release of Feisty for consistency?...:)
