[0.11] After changing output device in Preferences Jokosher still plays on previous selection

Bug Description
1. Install Jokosher 0.11
2. Select Edit => Preferences or open Preferences dialog trough Welcome dialog
3. Select Playback system as ALSA and from device select device different than default (for example USB headset)
4. Try to record and playback stuff. It still plays back on previously selected device
5. Save project, exit Jokosher
6. Relaunch Jokosher, do playback. It is done on selected device
