Freeze when removing effect during playback, after end of track

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Add an effect to a track
Begin playback of track
Allow playback to reach the end, jokosher will continue to "play" in silence
Click to Remove the effect while playback continues
This freezes jokosher 0.10 on hardy for me, and is reproducible every time.
