1) Trying to record track via USB mic
2) Stop recording, Ubuntu informs that there was a crash

Same problem here, so I can confirm this has nothing to do with the fact that the mic was USB.

Yes Bram, the bug has already been fixed upstream. It will be released in ubuntu shortly.
