Bug Description
Configure Instruments Effect window can be repeatedly "stuck" behind the main window when the "Minimal Jokosher hide button is clicked and you ALT+TAB back to the Configure window. Only clicking the Show button will return this rogue window behavior.
Windows 10
Closing Window from Taskbar via right click will not exit the Configure window or bring it from hiding.
