FLAC seeking is buggy

1. Open Jokosher SVN in Gstreamer CVS enviroment (2007-12-06);
2. Create project;
3. Import FLAC sound file, with length more than minute;
4. Split into five or more sections;
5. Disperse them so there is some space - aka silence - between them;
6. Try to playback;
7. Seek to end and try to play last five secs;
8. When playhead is finished last piece, seek back five secs into song;
9. Get a freeze;

It happens always.

This bug was fixed trough Gstreamer bugs:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504018 - flacdec emits newsegment before being able to respond to seeks properly
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502187 - flacdec doesn't send newsegment from the streaming thread
