Stereo tracks are outputted as mono

Any track added to Jokosher will be played and mixed down as mono. Since LADSPA effects only take in one input, both channels are mixed together, and then the effects are applied. Because you can insert LADSPA effects while playing, mono is forced even when no effects are applied just in case one will be inserted on the fly.

What we should do instead, is split the channels into two mono streams, apply the effects, and then recreate the stereo from two streams. We may also want to consider support for X number of tracks instead of hardcoding stereo.
