Bug Description
In Project > Recording Inputs, Jokosher always defaults to my tv card's 'over-the-pci-bus' output device for new instruments. It is the first device listed after 'Default' in the config window. Here are the errors I get if I try to record to a new instrument track without first selecting another device from that list:
«««««««
Could not get/set settings from/on resource.
gstalsasrc.c(649): gst_alsasrc_prepare (): /timeline/
Setting of hwparams failed: Invalid argument
It is recommended that you report this to the Jokosher developers or get help at http://

Could not get/set settings from/on resource.
gstalsasrc.c(428): set_hwparams (): /timeline/
Rate doesn't match (requested 44100Hz, get 0Hz)

These two error messages appear in two error windows, when I press the record button, and then I am listening to the other tracks already recorded.
And this message appears when I press stop:

Please make sure the file exists, and the appropriate plugin is installed.
Could not determine type of stream.

Nothing gets recorded, just a new zero-byte file is there when I check the project's 'audio' folder.

Could you try this with a recent cvs checkout of GStreamer and a recent subversion checkout of Jokosher and let us know if it still exists. Thanks!
