If a fix has been committed and released, so why did the new code not reach the Maverick universe repository?
What happend?

I subscribed to this bug in February 2011 and it still have the same Error, that is:

jobs-admin

No module named pkit
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/jobs-admin", line 31, in <module>
    ui.load_jobs()
...
ValueError: too many values to unpack
