Cannot use pound sign (#) within strings

Bug Description

For example:
run setSomeJmxField "#this part will be ignored"

Doing the above will result in an error due to the pound sign despite it being within quotation marks. It should be perfectly valid to set a field to a value containing #, but it is not possible with jmxterm.

$ java -version
java version "1.7.0_79"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_79-b15)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.79-b02, mixed mode)

$uname -a
Darwin 14.5.0 Darwin Kernel Version 14.5.0: Mon Aug 29 21:14:16 PDT 2016; root:xnu-2782.50.6~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64
