Bug Description

On Helioviewer.org, for example, the desired spatial scale can be specified in arc-seconds/pixel:

http://www.helioviewer.org/index.php?date=2003-10-05T00:00:00Z&imageScale=2.63&imageLayers=[SOHO,EIT,EIT,171,1,100],[SOHO,LASCO,C2,white light,1,100]

where "2.63" means that the images should be displayed at 2.63''/pixel, or the native resolution on an EIT image.
