Feature Request - Edit Layer start and end times

Please allow the start and / or end times of a layer that has already been loaded to be edited. This would make it a lot easier to use JHelioviewer to look at all the images since a previous visit. This is easier than deleting and then re-finding 3 or more layers if you are observing a composite image.
If you deete and then reload them you then have to change the 'adjustments' for each layer again.

It would be even better if the user could change the start and / or end date of all loaded layers from one command.

The edited values need to be saved when you save the current state of course.
