master slide misplaced if the current slide is translated

Bug Description

If the current slide (layer) tag <g> has the property transform="translate(X,Y)" where X and Y are not both zeros, the master slide will be incorrectly translated as well. The result would be inconsistent with what Inkscape shows on the screen.

Hi: I think this bug needs to be higher in importance, because it makes the master page useless.

I tried several times, It looks in a bad position in the first slide, and the rest looks fine, but the whole presentation looks bad with that.
