Bug Description
If the commit message of a MP contains a non-ascii character, the autoland script fails silently. This was the case e.g. here:
https:/
where the commit message contained a non-breaking space. The autolander should handle this case gracefully, rejecting to do the merge and sending a warning email, as the lint_commit_message function already does when a commit message line is too long.
