Bug Description
The touch test runner can pass a build when it should not due to the autopilot tests not completing. This is seen when autopilot hits the internal timeout but all prior tests have already passed. Usually if autopilot fails to complete, the xml results file is not created and jenkins then fails the build. However, in the example below, xml results were generated despite autopilot hitting a timeout.
