Bug Description
We have the cobertura plug-in available in our JenkAAS, but there is no way currently to enable this plug-in for a project to actually build with coverage enabled and get a report.

This is turning out to be a bit more difficult than I was hoping it would be, so going to take more time to get something ready to propose.
