Memory leak when using apache-mpm-worker

IVLE appears to exhibit a memory leak when running apache-mpm-worker. If left for long enough the Apache processes will eventually consume all the memory on a system.

The rate of consumption seems to be load dependent.

Whilst apache-mpm-prefork seems to vastly improve the situation, looking at long term server memory statistics hints that it may still be leaking memory, but at a far smaller rate.
