Bug Description
We want support for subject-wide repositories which are writable by lecturers and tutors and readable by students, so they can get access to subject files right in their IVLE, such as project templates.
This seems tricky to integrate into the IVLE (specialhome) UI.
(I'm not the original reporter of this bug; I was briefly told what it entailed -- any more details?)
