IVLE needs to implement a version control system for exercises and worksheets.

Changing to Critical.
Now that we have provided exercise editing, it is highly likely that nobody will
continue to use other revision control. This means the tutors currently have no way
to version exercises and that's a major problem (for accountability, backups, etc).
