Tutorial: Show side panel with completed status

The tutorial should show a table of contents on the side bar, which
includes green/red balls for each exercise to indicate whether they have
been completed.

Thus it is now a CSS issue to make it look like a side panel. Lowering to
priority 4. (Main functionality is implemented).
