Test result display

Display the results of all tests, no longer stopping after the first
failure, because the existing approach forces tests to be in a specified
order which turns out to be too limiting for authors.

The commit log seems to explain more than was actually committed. It looks
like the current behaviour is that test cases stop on failure by default,
but can be configured otherwise.

Since this feature request want all tests displayed (and that isn't the
apparent behaviour), I'm keeping this open.
