Tutorial: console window

The size of the enlarged console window that shows up inside the tutorials
should probably not depend on font size. It should scroll automatically
(in particular, if it is currently displaying the bottom of the output and
new output arrives, it should scroll; otherwise it should probably not
scroll).

A better suggestion was to allow the console area to be adjustable rather
than just 'open' and 'closed'.'

This issue has been fixed with the addition of javascript, allowing students to
change the size of the text box to suit there own taste.

The text box has its initial size set as per usual
