RFE: add python27-requests

Hello Carl,

Thanks for taking the time to submit this request. With a new package requests, we evaluate if it would be a good fit for IUS and if it is maintainable with our current resources. This modules does have a few dependencies that would also need to get packaged. Those are python27-chardet, python27-urllib3 and python27-ordereddict. This adds some complication into evaluation process and is going to take some more time. I'll keep you posted.

Just adding some notes for future evaluation.

This wouldn't need python27-ordereddict:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1022220

But it would need python27-six as a dependency of python27-urllib3.

So at a bare minimum, this would require maintaining four total modules. That isn't counting the modules needed to enable the test suite.
