On WINDOWS you will need Cygwin or MinGW/Msys or GnuWin32 utils and unix shell
mkdir -p build/aspell
cp -f etc/aspell/lt.dat build/aspell
cp -f lietuviu.dict build/aspell/lt.wl
cp -f build/myspell/
sed -e 's/@VERSION@
etc/
cd build/aspell; LC_ALL=C ./proc.pl
Error: No data received from prezip-bin.
1 Error(s), aborting
make: *** [aspell] Error 255

Iš tikrųjų, tai nesuveikia bet kokiu atveju, nes lt.cwl — tuščias (keli baitai).
Klaida — akivaizdi leidžiant 'make aspell' (nerandama /bin/sort).
