Support node list by name filtering

For a long time, node name is an optional field. In large scale node management, uuid is not an obvious identifier, so operators usually naming these nodes with their physical locations (rack, order, etc). It would be very useful to query nodes with a name filter support.
This proposal is to add a name filter exactly like description_contains filter to do a simple filtering in the db layer to locate nodes with specified pattern.
