Bug Description

The current virtual media api endpoint "/v1/nodes/{node_ident}/vmedia" only allows attach/detach actions. The proposed GET api will allow the user to get the current virtual-media status reliably. It is also useful to reliably determine if the attach/detach actions succeeded or failed.
