Bug Description

As revealed in https://github.com/lextudio/pysnmp/issues/49, the latest changes in pysnmp-lextudio broke ironic.

ironic/drivers/modules/snmp.py should be updated to work with pysnmp-lextudio 6.0.9 and above.
