Bug Description

This is a *very* early idea, with some mechanics likely needing to be worked out before we move forward on anything like this.

Some folks are expressing interest in using the "update service"(https://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP2062_1.0.0.pdf) MultipartHttpPushUri feature, to upload artifacts to signal to boot or apply, and it seems like an interesting approach to boot a "EFI" artifact (or ISO for that matter).

When combined with efforts like EFI Runtime Linux (i.e. running linux in EFI firmware state without any native hardware drivers (https://trmm.net/chainload/)), also presents an interesting possibility. With ISO artifacts, they are at least booted by default and could be treated sort of like virtual media, but at that point we're also booting any sort of EFI artifact which could be a firmware update, a full OS, or $anything to really chainload to another thing.
