[RFE] Coordination between Redfish and the network interfaces

Using the Redfish EthernetInterface.InterfaceEnabled field, we can turn a certain NIC on and off. This gives us an opportunity to implement a simple network switching for the flat and noop network interfaces (implemented as redfish-flat and redfish-standalone network interfaces only compatible with the redfish hardware type and ones derived from it).

The redfish-flat approach will use the same VIF connection mechanism to determine which NICs have to be enabled and disabled.

The redfish-standalone approach will need to support something else, probably a flag in the port's local_link_connection. TBD.
